LOGGING IN
Clicking any of the links in your email will take you to www.ListingZen.com and either the login page, or your account if you are already logged in.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT. You should already have an account from having a previous listing with us or you have the login for your new account. If we have not sent you login info for your new account please contact us.
First time logging in?
If you have never logged in before, please use the login and password provided in the email you received.
It should be your email address and a 7 character password.
It is best to copy and paste the password to ensure there aren’t any errors.
If you have any trouble please contact us.
Already have an account?
If your information has already populated the sign in form, click ‘Login’
If you can’t remember your password, click ‘Forgot Password’
If you no longer have access to your login email and you don’t know your password, please contact us to reset your password as clicking ‘Forgot Password’ will send the new password to your old email.
My PROPERTIES/My Profile
Click here to see your Profile/My Properties page. From you Properties page, you can see all of your properties being housed on ListingZen.
Each property has six actions that can be taken from this page. Two are always visible at the top, and four are revealed when you hover over the property.
Listing Status: On the top left of each property is a drop down where you can change the status of the property: ‘For Sale’ ‘Sold’ ‘For Lease’ etc.
Property Listing Coming Soon (NOT LIVE - LIVE): By default, the property website is set to ‘Not Live’. When you view the property website you will see a ‘Coming Soon’ Message. On the top right of each property is a toggle with ‘Not Live’ - ‘Live’. Set toggle to ‘Live’ to allow the site to be viewable
Drag-N-Drop properties: Hover over the property to reveal the Cardinal Directions icon on the bottom left. Drag-N-Drop the property to a new position. This will change the order your Portfolio of properties will appear in More Properties on each of your property websites.
Dashboard: Hover over the property to reveal The Property Dashboard Icon - four rectangles. This will take you to the the Dashboard where you will find all of the tools you need to manage the property website as well as visitor data.
MY PORTFOLIO
This is a mini personal website of yours that displays your contact information and property portfolio. You can share this page as your digital calling card.
YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Hover over your name on the top right and click
MY ACCOUNT to add or change your personal information and how it appears on the websites.
Here you can update:
Name
Phone Number
Display Email
Payment Method (For Custom Domains)
BRE #
Bio
LISTING STATUS
On the top left of each property is a drop down where you can change the status of the property: ‘For Sale’ ‘Sold’ ‘For Lease’ etc.
ADD AN ASSISTANT
Your assistant can go to the SIGN UP PAGE and choose ‘Assistant’.
Creating an account will give them access to your listings when you add them as ‘My Assistants’ on your ‘My Account’ page.
You can add multiple assistants.
Assistants can be added to multiple agent accounts.
DOWNLOADING & Sharing PHOTOS
SIZING FOR MLS & PRINT
All of the photos are checked with a blue checkmark
Atop the page are three sections
UNCHECK ALL….S-M-L….DOWNLOAD.By default ‘M’ is selected for medium size photos which you can use for The MLS & social media.
L stands for Large, used for print.
DOWNLOAD AND SHARE
Click the download button
‘Download’ will change to ‘Processing’ as the files are sized and prepared for download.
A window will pop up once they are finished with SHARE LINK and a DOWNLOAD BUTTON
You can copy the SHARE LINK and paste it in in an email or text. That link will expire in three days. But the photos and your ability to download the photos will not.
Click the button to download the folder to your desktop.
Download or Share only selected photos by clicking UNCHECK ALL then selecting several photos you want to send to your marketing department for instance. Click Download and either download or share just photos chosen.

SHARE PROPERTY WEBSITE
Set the Property Site to ‘Live’ from the MY PROPERTIES page Or Set the Property Site to ‘Live’ from the NOT LIVE - LIVE toggle on the left side of any backend property page.
Open the Branded Site (Orange button on bottom right of every page) or UnBranded Site (Blue icon above Orange on over over).
You can copy the site link from the top of the browser window for sharing. It will look like:

UnBranded - https://listingzen.com/property/0000/mlsYou can also copy the ListingZen domain or your Custom Domain from the DOMAIN NAME page.

SOCIAL MEDIA FORM
We want you and this property to get as much exposure as possible. We just need a few pieces of information to get the most out of the post that we will blast out to our social media channels.
Some of the home information will be pre-populated so there is less for you to enter
We will use this information to create the copy for the social post.
EDITING
We will do our best to accommodate your editing requests.

When listing the number(s) of the photo(s) you want edited, reference the 3 numbers following the address and preceding the ‘-123456789.jpg’
PAYMENT METHOD
Your Credit Card can added or updated for the purchase of Custom Domain Names and ListingZen Subscriptions.

Click any of the text below to get further details about each component.
You are provided a generic ListingZen domain that will be active indefinitely. You can also get a custom domain from the ‘Domain Name’ link on the toolbar on the left of any page.
By default not live and appears as
PROPERTY LISTING COMING SOON.
To change this simply toggle ‘NOT LIVE -> LIVE’ from the tools on the left of any page in the back end
Alternatively you can toggle ‘NOT LIVE -> LIVE’ on the top right of the listing thumbnail on My Properties
Branded/UnBranded Property Website will look like this:

UnBranded - https://listingzen.com/property/0000/mlsYou can access these links from any of the backend pages for the property or from the My Properties page
Hover over the property to reveal ORANGE Branded property website icon or the BLUE UnBranded property website icon.
Clicking this icon will take to the branded property website.
THEME OPTIONS: CHANGE LOOK OF SITE
DOMAIN NAME
Your property website comes with a generic ListingZen domain name that will be active indefinitely
It will look like this: https://listingzen.com/property/0000You can also get a custom domain from the ‘Domain Name’ link on the toolbar on the left of any page.
Any available domain name purchased will automatically attached to your property site and be active for 12 months.
Your generic ListingZen domain will still be active past the 12 months of the custom domain.
If you have already purchased a domain, you can click ‘LINK A DOMAIN I OWN’ and follow the directions.
PASSWORD PROTECTION
Create a password of your choice that will lock the property website from view.
Only people with the password can access the property site and virtual tour.
Easily change or remove the password whenever you like.
MANAGE SLIDESHOW
Here you will see all the photos as they appear in the slideshow of your property website.
Photos can be dragged and dropped into new positions so that you may reorder the slideshow as you see fit.
Hide photos from view in the slideshow by clicking the blue eyeball on the top left.
Permanently delete photos by clicking the trashcan.
Add your own photos to this page dragging and dropping. Alternatively, you can click the upload button and choose your files there
All changes made here will be immediately reflected on Slideshow/Virtual Tour.
EDIT PROPERTY DETAILS
Here you can enter the details that will appear on the property website.
TITLE: Add a title for the website that will appear at the opening screen and at the top left of the tour.
ADDRESS: Add the address which will show up as a map on the site.
COPY: You can add copy and formatting about the property below the map.
DETAILS: On the right hand side you can add details about the house.
THEME OPTIONS
Here you can adjust some of the presentation details of the site.
All changes will be viewable in real time on the thumbnail site at the right.
Change how fast the pictures cycle through and how fast they fade in and out.
There are music options but I would recommend against using them as they can be shocking to the user depending on what their volume is set at.
At the very bottom of the Theme Options page you can drag and drop the different elements like Map and Description into different positions on the property site.
COLOR THEME: Choose the highlight colors that appear on your property website.
SHOW MORE PROPERTIES: Toggle on and off whether to show more properties at the bottom of the site.
PROPERTY EFFECTS: By default, the details like Price and SQ FT are animated as the site opens to count up from zero.
All of the site information like the map and copy fade into the page as you scroll through. This can also be turned off.
AUTOPLAY: With Slideshow Options, you can stop the slideshow from autoplay when the site opens.
Full PAge WEBSITE VS FULL SIZE PHOTOS
FULL PAGE WEBSITE
All the property websites are full page websites by default.
Meaning - they fill the entire browser window on your computer or any viewer’s computer, no matter what shape or size that window is.
Your screen or your browser window is typically a different shape than the original size of the photos.
Photos will be more or less cropped on the top and bottom to fit onto your screen.
FULL SIZE PHOTOS
Toggle the ‘Full Page Slideshow’ off to see the full size photo on any screen or browser.
This may leave some negative/white space on the right and left sides depending on how different the browser dimensions are from the photo dimensions.
ADDING ANOTHER AGENt
If you are sharing the listing with another agents, type in their name in the text box
If they have an account, their name will pop up and you can add them to the property. This property will then appear in their account/My Properties as well.
If they do not have an account, an option to invite them will appear. Enter their email address and they will receive an email with instructions to set up a free account.
VIDEO
You can find the link to the video we created on the ‘Video & Matterport’ page.
The link can be copied and shared from here.
You can add a video to this page as well. Just paste link and click the ‘Plus’ sign.
The video will automatically be added to the property website.
3D MATTERPORT
You can find the link to the Matterport we created on the ‘Video & Matterport’ page.
The link can be copied and shared from here.
You can add a Matterport to this page as well. Just paste link and click the ‘Plus’ sign.
The Matterport will automatically be added to the property website.
FLOOR PLAN
You can access a provided Floor Plan or upload you own by clicking ‘Add Floor Plan’
The Floor Plan will appear as a tab on your property site.
You can copy the Floor Plan link and paste it into your browser window to access the PDF as well.
