ABOUT MICHAEL

Since 2006, I've dedicated myself to photographing some of Los Angeles' most iconic homes, showcasing billions in real estate through my lens. My approach to photography transcends traditional boundaries - it's a deep dive into the narrative of each home, honoring the architects, builders, designers, and the unique energy of the property and its history.

Now, we have expanded ZenHouse Collective to the vibrant Austin area, where the real estate landscape is as diverse as its cultural richness. It's an honor to step into this new environment, and I look forward to bringing our passion for visual storytelling to contribute to the uniqueness of Austin's real estate market.

Working with notable clients like Madonna and Elon Musk, my portfolio showcases a rich tapestry of properties, each reflecting their distinct character and story. My work, often featured in various esteemed publications, is a celebration of architectural beauty and a testament to my commitment to excellence in real estate photography.

As demand for my unique photographic perspective grew, I transitioned from a one-man show to forming ZenHouse Collective. At the same time, I began using a software system we created, which allowed me to deliver photos more efficiently and create dedicated property websites in minutes. That software is expanding into a real estate specific marketplace at connects vendors, agents, and the property…stay tuned for more.

For the last 8 years, ZenHouse collective has been using a software built for us and by us. This grew to become ListingZen, a platform for our clients to login, book a service, receive photos, dedicated property websites, and more.

We are able to automate the entire Listing Lifecycle on 1 platform that gives your clients confidence in your strategy. Now, we are going a step further and have created ThisHouse.IO, a marketplace devoted to the real estate industry.
